"The Eye" brings together the vibrant geometry of WPAP and the illusion of anamorphic art to explore one of our most fundamental human senses: sight. Composed of colorful fragments positioned across different planes and depths, the sculpture initially appears as an energetic arrangement of abstract shapes. Yet, from its precise focal point, these seemingly scattered elements align, revealing the striking image of a human eye.
The choice of the eye creates a natural dialogue with the anamorphic nature of the work. Just as our perception of the world depends on where we stand and how we choose to look, the sculpture itself changes according to the viewer's position. Bold colors, sharp lines, and overlapping forms transform disorder into clarity, inviting us to consider the relationship between seeing and understanding—and reminding us that sometimes, a change in perspective is all it takes to see the whole picture.
